Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our international distribution center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
